   THANKSGIVING AND THANKSGIVING                                          Day  

Thanksgiving is a holiday in the united states that its celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November.

The every first thanksgiving happen in 1623 , Thanksgiving is a day were is time for feasting, football , and spending time with family and people you are thankful to have in life. The original thanksgiving was to give thanks to god for ending the war , drought, and pestilence. Even thought the first thanksgiving was in the year of 1623 it did not became a exact holiday until congress proclaim the thanksgiving in 1777 and by 1850 mostly all states celebrated thanksgiving as a holy day or holiday.The thanksgiving tradition is to gather with your family members and give thanks to god and appreciate what you have. the traditional food is turkey, stuffing , mashes potatoes, cranberry sauce, and pumpkin pie.

Reflection: I think that thanksgiving a great holiday to give thanks and show how thankful we are to the people we love and for being able to to be alive and have what to eat basically to give thanks for everything we have of coarse we should not use this day as the only day to give thanks we should always be thankful but what makes this day important is that we give a day to spend it with all are family and just show them all we are grateful. we don`t always get to spend it we are loves one why not pick special day off and just have quality time with each other.

Reflection: What Marcus Aurelius is saying in his quote is that if you know something is not right to just do not do it unless you want to get in trouble and disappoint others , just do whats right and don`t do nothing wrong and if its not true just stay silent why say something that is not true and lie is better to say t he truth and if there`s no truth then just stay silent and you wont hurt no one and you will look like a better person.

Duties and Responsibilities: The duties of a dental assistant is the most comprehensive and varied in the dental office. a dental assistant performs many task requiring both interpersonal and technical skills. As in taking x-rays of the patient, asking the patient what blood type they are and providing the patient with information about the oral care. 

Salary: $23,550 to $47,580

Education: To be a dental assistance there is really no requirements most dental assistants just have a high school diploma and be in a training program.

Reflection: I think i would like to be a dental assistant because is a easy job and the requirements to be a dental assistants i would be able to reach them and they get paid good. a dental assistant does a good  job and is there to calm the patient and the help the dentist.

Duties and Responsibilities: A dental lab technician duties are to replace total lost or partial of the natural teeth of a patient by constructing partial or full dentures.It also corrects dental irregularities by  manufacturing fixed or removable appliances.Their responsibilities are to maintain and improve patient`s oral health.

Education: required a high school diploma or equivalent, students who focused on math , science, wood-shop,art and technology through out their high school years.

Reflection: I would not like to be a dental lab technician because mostly of the requirements. also because is something i do not want to do. i think is a good career and they get paid good .

Reflection: What James Freeman Clark states in his quote is that it does make a difference if you do right or wrong it will show and it will be noticeable if you do a good thing or a bad thing. probably it wont show right away but if  you do good or bad today it will show and affect you later in life.

  VETERANS DAY 

Veterans day became a holiday in the United States in 1938 . On the 11 month at the 11 day and the 11 hour  of every year is when we celebrate this holiday to honor those who have serve for our freedom of our country and for those who are still fighting for us in the U.S.  

Reflection: I honor all those who serve for on this veterans day its important to show appreciation towards those who risk their life`s and leave their homes and families behind to fight for our freedom. I thank them with honor because i  have a veteran cousin who serve the navy and give his all to his country and went away for a few years without communication to us his family. I feel the veterans have  a major impact in our life and should always be treated with honor and appreciation and they should have more benefits not just a day to show them the good they have done.
