Duties and Responsibilities: Autogenic training teaches your body to respond to your verbal commands. The commands tell your body to relax and control breathing,blood pressure, heartbeat, and your body temperature. Autogenic Training is to release stress and relief symptoms of the stress. 

Salary: $25,000

Education: BAS, Nursing, social work, counseling experience.

Reflection: I think i would like to be a autogenic training because they get paid good and it helps people. I would also like to go to a autogenic training because i would like to connect with myself again and release all my stress. It will be a peaceful experience.
